Job Description

• Solidify Spring Health’s leadership position in offering high quality localized mental health care services globally. • Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality framework, including testing processes and standards. • Define and track key quality metrics and drive continuous quality improvement across all localized products and content. • Oversee testing cycles, manage bug reporting/triage, and ensure timely resolution of quality issues with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, product, ops). • Own the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of linguistic assets (TMs, glossaries, style guides, reference materials). • Track and improve the quality performance of external localization vendors. • Identify opportunities for automation and tooling integrations specifically for quality and testing workflows. • Collaborate with stakeholders (design, UX, R&D) to improve the quality of our global member experience.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience localization program management, quality management, AI/machine translation, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to define, implement, and measure localization quality standards and metrics.
  • Experience with localization tools and bug tracking systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in root cause analysis and issue prevention.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in another language is preferred.
