• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more product areas, from vision and roadmap through delivery, launch, and iteration • Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned to company strategy and measurable business outcomes • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand problems and shape scalable solutions • Define product requirements, write clear user stories, and prioritize the team’s backlog based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution to ensure roadmap commitments are delivered with quality and impact • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, measure product performance, and continuously improve outcomes • Communicate product strategy, trade-offs, roadmap updates, and launch plans to stakeholders and leadership • Influence without authority across teams, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused product culture grounded in Gravie’s values • Contribute to improving product management best practices, tools, and operating rhythms across the organization • Perform other duties as assigned
