From vendor selection, API integration & integrated UX design, to go-to-market strategy and scaling, you will ensure our customers can pay their teams as seamlessly as they schedule their jobs. • Master the Fintech Ecosystem: Manage the strategic roadmap for a massive, multi-product infrastructure including: • Payment Acceptance: Card, ACH, and Check processing. • Lending & Capital: Capital advances and Consumer Financing. • Banking & Disbursements: Bill Pay, Cash Flow Banking, and Fleet Cards. • Managed Services: Overseeing the product requirements for Collections and Dispute Agents. • Drive AI Integration: Partner with our Engineering and Data teams to leverage AI in automating cash flow forecasting, fraud detection, and optimized collections. • Strategic Leadership: Align the Fintech roadmap with WorkWave’s broader vision, ensuring every financial tool drives stickiness and growth for our core Pest, Lawn, Janitorial and Security customers. • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all products meet the rigorous standards of the financial services industry while maintaining a seamless user experience.
