Job Description
• Managing an administrative function of a department or general office
• Performing complex and diversified administrative duties
• Regular reporting and data management using Excel
• Third party platform support including ticket submission and UX testing
• Conducting intake calls/meetings with end users for platform issues
• Attending weekly ticketing support calls and gathering additional information
Job Requirements
- At least eight (8) years current clerical experience
- High School Diploma preferred
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to perform complex and diverse administrative duties
- Familiarity with recruitment processes preferred but not required
- Experience with recruitment related platforms preferred but not required
- Outlook, MS calendar, and Zoom experience preferred
- Excel skills including data review and cleanup, pivot tables, and specific functions like CONCATENATE and VLOOKUP
