Job Description
• Owning Bullhorn's social media presence and driving online audience engagement
• Planning and managing social and blog editorial calendars
• Building a bench of internal and external blog contributors
• Curating, creating, and publishing digital content
• Analyzing and reporting regularly on content, social media, and blog performance
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and repairing externally facing content/copy
Job Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media and/or content marketing, ideally within a fast-growing technology organisation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and content marketing principles
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to track performance
- Proven experience managing multiple high-priority projects
- Hands-on experience leveraging generative AI tools
- Working knowledge of SEO, HTML, CMS platforms, social media management tools, basic design tools
