• Translate customer requirements into structured product specifications and detailed JIRA tickets • Prioritize and manage backlog in partnership with engineering • Participate in sprint planning, standups, and release coordination • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and improvements • Engage directly with charter operators and corporate flight departments • Advise customers on system configuration and best practices • Support successful onboarding, including complex data imports and workflow alignment • Work with third-party vendors and API partners on integrations • Identify opportunities to enhance scalability and operational efficiency
