Job Description
• Lead a complex data access and linkage program
• Ensure effective management of scope, schedule, budgets, quality, risks, and communications
• Represent the program in governance meetings and executive briefings
• Translate SOW requirements and policies into actionable plans
• Oversee integration of technical and operational work across teams
• Manage risk, issue resolution, change control, data governance
• Establish and maintain program-level metrics and dashboards
• Ensure high-quality program artifacts and reports
• Lead and mentor program and project managers
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in bioinformatics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in federal contract management or managing large programs
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 10+ years of experience managing Agile methodology-driven projects
- Knowledge of federal contract management practices
- Experience leading programs involving secure data environments
- Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Willingness to travel 10-25% for on-site collaboration
