Job Description
• Lead execution of qualified capture pursuits using business development process
• Define win strategies including customer engagement and competitive assessments
• Establish competitive pricing structures and solutions
• Develop marketing strategies and maintain customer relationships
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 10+ years’ experience as a capture manager
- Demonstrated experience capturing $250M+ deals in Information Technology
- Demonstrated experience leading large captures in NAVWAR, NAVSEA, and NAVAIR markets
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively
- Ability to effectively present to and communicate with senior executives
