Job Description

• Execute ABM Strategy • Provide execution enablement for the ABM engine that drives engagement, pipeline, and revenue. • Partner with sales to identify target accounts and align on joint plays that accelerate deal velocity. • Track performance and tell the story of ABM’s impact through data-driven insights. • Create and execute ABM campaigns (ads) in 6sense • Orchestrate cross-channel campaigns that hit the right audiences at the right time. • Collaborate with marketing leaders across demand generation to ensure ABM and campaign programs sync with pipeline goals. • Keep campaigns running smoothly with best-in-class project management and clear visibility across stakeholders. • Develop and execute AI-Email Agents and workflows in 6sense • Coordinate buyer stage emails and automation execution with our email agency - (Pardot), optimizing workflows, nurture streams, and reporting to align to the ABM strategy and execution • Drive efficiency and data integrity across the tech stack in partnership with demand marketing and Sales Operations.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in B2B marketing, with direct experience in ABM and campaign operations.
  • BS in Business, Marketing or related education.
  • Proven success aligning with sales and demand gen leaders to drive measurable growth.
  • Strong command of marketing automation (Pardot a plus) and campaign performance reporting.
  • Experience leading integrated campaigns and live events end-to-end.
  • Excellent communicator, collaborator, and leader with a bias toward action.
