Job Description

• Lead the design and development of AI capabilities, including NLP, GenAI, predictive modeling, and agent-based automation • Build AI-driven workflows that simplify multi-step business processes and reduce manual effort • Translate business problems into clear technical approaches, including data needs, and workflow design • Validate assumptions, iterate quickly, and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedback • Work closely with global Finance teams, analysts, and engineering partners to ensure solutions align with program objectives • Communicate complex AI concepts in clear business terms for senior leaders and operational teams • Support change management and user adoption by helping stakeholders understand how AI solutions improve their workflows • Ensure all AI solutions align with enterprise standards for responsible AI • Contribute to program workstream planning, milestone delivery, and risk mitigation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
Advanced degree or certifications in AI/ML, Applied Data Science, or Analytics preferred
5+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI, ML engineering, or advanced analytics
Demonstrated experience building GenAI, LLM, RAG, NLP, or agent-based AI solutions
Strong background in Finance-related datasets and workflows
Experience delivering AI capabilities as part of large-scale transformation or modernization programs
Prior experience working with global or distributed teams
Strong Python skills and experience developing end-to-end AI/ML pipelines
Expertise with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, NLP techniques, and agentic AI
Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud platforms)
Strong prompt engineering and model-tuning fundamentals.
