Job Requirements
- 10 years legal experience with preferably 5 years negotiating technology related contracts
- U.S. law degree (J.D.) required. Actively licensed to practice in at least one state.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, summarizing, and closing technology transactions.
- A desire to be part of a fast-paced team with high level legal needs.
- Experience with intellectual property in SaaS environment.
- Experience with cloud computing contracting.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with business and product groups providing legal support.
- Experience in analysis and translation of business/technology system architectures, databases, and client applications into contracting framework.
