• Build and maintain deep, trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all RCM-related matters, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met. • Oversee the full RCM lifecycle, from patient access and registration through billing, collections, and denial management. • Ensure seamless integration of R1 solutions across all touchpoints. • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of RCM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. • Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, technology, and analytics, to ensure the successful delivery of RCM services. • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation within both R1 and client operations. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and operational updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
