Job Description
• Build and maintain deep, trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all RCM-related matters, ensuring client needs are anticipated and met.
• Oversee the full RCM lifecycle, from patient access and registration through billing, collections, and denial management.
• Ensure seamless integration of R1 solutions across all touchpoints.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of RCM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, technology, and analytics, to ensure the successful delivery of RCM services.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation within both R1 and client operations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, business reviews, and operational updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare RCM, client management, consulting, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects in a senior role.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle management processes, industry best practices, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with project management tools, EPIC, and software.
- Proven experience managing complex client relationships and large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
- West Coast Client | Willingness to travel as needed.
