Job Description
• Lead programs that enhance lab efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Program-manage the rollout of engineering lab managed services and lab solutions.
• Work closely with lab software engineers to integrate automation frameworks and lab management services.
• Communicate program progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide less-experienced staff members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Typically 10+ years of experience.
- PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Experience designing and developing project and program planning tools and software packages.
- Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA for documentation, workflow management, and program visibility.
- Knowledge of lab automation, orchestration systems, provisioning workflows, and integration with lab services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
