• Source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outbound channels • Build and manage talent pipelines for technical roles (engineering, product, data) as well as clinical and non-technical roles (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc) • Conduct initial outreach, support screening coordination, manage candidate communications, and oversee interview scheduling process • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (offers, paperwork, systems access, IT coordination) • Maintain HR process hygiene including employee records, benefits support, compliance tasks, and performance cycle coordination
