• Develop and lead direct reports and engage in performance enablement processes of direct reports • Collaborate with the Service Team leaders and Accounting Operations staff for high-quality customer service • Ensure financial functions comply with GAAP and regulatory requirements • Manage audit processes and prepare financial audits • Review grant agreements for accurate revenue recognition • Approve cash disbursements for project caseload and monitor cash flow • Organize and supervise annual project audits
