Job Description

• Plan and lead large, complex Talent Acquisition (TA) projects that require extensive cross-functional and external vendor collaboration • Work closely with TA leaders and associates to ensure seamless project execution and adoption • Delegate tasks effectively to project support team members, develop and coordinate communications to support project goals, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement • Lead the optimization of TA systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Continuously evaluate and improve TA workflows, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of TA technologies, including Paradox, HireLogic and myInterview, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization by partnering cross functionally with HRIS, IT, and Legal • Define and measure the ROI of TA initiatives, with a focus on automation, technology investments, advertising spend, and process improvements • Present data-driven findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way • Support the TA Training Academy Program as needed, assisting with the development, delivery, and facilitation of department‑wide trainings that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TA team • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including TA Leadership, PLD, Legal, Compliance, HRIS, IT, and business partners to ensure alignment and support for TA initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7-9 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team within a corporate or agency setting
  • Experience within Talent Acquisition operations or equivalent experience
  • Experience in TA Operations with demonstrated use of data to evaluate processes and drive decisions
  • Time Management Skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Data analysis and insight‑generation skills to support operational strategy and ROI evaluation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders within and outside of TA
  • Experience working with recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, Paradox)
  • Experience with Workday recruiting ATS
