• Support client opportunities through technical solutioning, proposal writing, and the development of innovative concepts • Bridge operational needs, mission requirements, and modern technologies to shape technically credible and compliant solutions • Collaborate with GXM leadership and technical team members to help review and architect winning solutions • Provide technical expertise surrounding DoW Cloud platforms and solutions • Collaborate with technical leads and engineers to define system architectures, tools, and development strategies • Lead the technical solutioning activity according to defined schedules and milestones • Ensure technical solutions comply with identified cybersecurity standards and modern trends • Travel to attend client meetings to engage with technical engineering teams • Respond to requests for information and proposals from government stakeholders • Support proposal development efforts including RFI, RFP analysis, and technical volume writing. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including business development, program management, and engineering teams.
