Job Description

• Oversee all FOIA program activities, ensuring contract deliverables, workflow performance, and system operations meet VA requirements • Responsible for managing staffing, schedules, risks, quality control, and communication with the COR and Government leadership • Fully versed in FOIA processes, lifecycle management, and program execution • Identify issues early and drive corrective actions

Job Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to pass the Veterans Administration background investigation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Information Systems, Legal Studies, or related field
PMP required
Demonstrated experience managing FOIA workflows may substitute for formal training or certifications
Four (4) years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
Three (3) years managing teams or federal support operations
One (1) year experience supporting FOIA, records management, privacy programs, or similar compliance functions
