• Lead a team of designers dedicated to delivering intuitive, high-quality user experiences. • Manage and mentor designers while partnering as a peer with Product Management and Engineering. • Define product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics together with product teams. • Ensure all design solutions are grounded in user needs, research insights, and clear business goals. • Champion user-centered design practices across the organization. • Guide the end-to-end design process from initial discovery and concepting through delivery and iteration. • Maintain a high bar for quality, usability, and consistency across all product touchpoints. • Balance short-term delivery needs with a long-term vision for the experience and the evolution of our design systems. • Actively manage and mentor designers, fostering a culture of growth, high performance, and inclusion. • Facilitate design critiques and feedback loops to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
