• Partner with the senior leadership team of the Technology & Engineering organization to advance the implementation of FLIGHT DECK • Drive a shift in operating mindset and ensure lean principles are effectively applied across various engineering and design value streams • Coach and develop at all levels to build their lean skills and become proficient lean practitioners • Guide leaders and teams in problem solving, operating rhythms, daily management, genba and hoshin kanri for technology and engineering objectives • Lead the application of FLIGHT DECK principles to integrated design and build workflows • Enable value-stream thinking across design, manufacturing, and services engineering • Promote model-based systems engineering (MBSE) aligned with FLIGHT DECK • Facilitate the integration of FLIGHT DECK into long-range technology and capability roadmaps
