• Plan and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for website updates, campaigns, and new features. • Verify content accuracy and consistency across pages—including copy, imagery, CTAs, metadata, and links. • Test responsiveness and functionality across browsers and devices. • Log and track issues in Jira or similar tools, working with developers and PMs to resolve defects. • Partner with design and content teams to ensure final experiences match approved designs and copy decks. • Maintain testing documentation and sign-off reports to support release readiness.
