• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to collect input from multiple channels and translate into clear and actionable requirements. • Break down complex or high-level features and epics into smaller, detailed user stories that are easily understood and executable by development and QA teams. • Act as a liaison between product, development, and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of enhancements and bug fixes. • Conduct interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions with internal users to understand pain points, enhancement requests, and evolving business needs. • Partner with scrum master to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs.
