• Own the orchestration of target segments from acquisition to activation, retention, and expansion. • Design and manage dynamic audience segmentation across marketing tech stack. • Build, document, and optimize multi-step workflows across marketing automation, SDR platforms, and in-product messaging. • Ensure clean lifecycle transitions from MQL → SQL → Opportunity with proper routing logic. • Run structured experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion. • Own and optimize paid growth channels including Search (Google/Bing), Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta), Display, and retargeting. • Work with Rev Ops GTM Engineer to develop, test, and refine AI prompts for agentic SDR workflows.
