Job Description
• Administering email mailboxes and resources, end user provisioning, automated script development, maintaining subscription software licensing processes and administering user identity systems
• Processes user provisioning tickets within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframe
• Administers and maintains Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID objects in accordance with established best practices
• Developing and enforcing standards such as naming conventions and security requirements
• Proactively monitoring and ensuring the reliability, security, and optimal performance of core directory services
• Creates and maintains automated forms/scripts utilized within or by the End User Computing Team
• Develops, updates, and organizes team documentation and user guides to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
• Informs management of critical issues regarding personnel, performance, client perception, and project statuses
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high quality customer services daily
• Serves as the role administrator for our email archive, which will manage and maintain the Arctera Cloud Archive system
• Spends 2 business hours a month providing in-person training or creating technical documentation for the Customer Service Center
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Proficient computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of monitoring processes and/or working with ticketing software
- Knowledge of computer data bases
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures and government rules & regulations
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar
- Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
- Communicating effectively with others verbally and in writing
- Talking to others to effectively convey information
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Listening to what other people are saying and asking questions as appropriate
- Conduct fact-finding research
- Knowledge of the methods of data collection and analysis
- Organize data into logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials
- Knowing how to find information and identifying essential information
- Finding ways to structure or classify multiple pieces of information

- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to learn and understand technical terminology/language and functionality
- Ability to prioritize all tasks, projects, job duties and responsibilities in a very fast paced work environment
- Ability to and willingness to accept change in rapidly changing environment
- Ability to develop effective and efficient processes
- An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field of study OR substitute professional experience for college education on a year-for-year basis
- Three (3) years of professional experience in End User systems, security analysis, system programming such as Powershell, VB, or similar languages
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Satisfactorily complete a background investigation and fingerprinting
- Participation in direct deposit are requirements for employment
