• Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery • Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all stakeholders • Anticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team accordingly • Keep Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables current • Serve as a key client contact throughout projects • Ensure client expectations are clear, realistic, and consistently met • Partner with leadership to translate creative direction into actionable production plans • Work directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and priorities • Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales, creative, and production • Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the broader team
