• Lead and grow a high-performing team of engineers • Provide mentorship and career development for team members • Create an environment that pulls people together and gets the best out of them • Help increase efficiency, product velocity, and quality • Establish a sense of urgency and direction; set expectations with team and individuals • Encourage innovation and foster continuous improvement • Contribute technically: able to code and fix bugs as needed • Partner closely with Design, Product Managers, and stakeholders across the company • Report to the SVP of Engineering and lead experienced senior and staff engineers
