Job Description

• Full-cycle Account Executive selling recruiting, marketing, and operations solutions to home service companies (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and prospecting • Execute probing framework to identify pain and qualify prospects • Close deals, manage sales cycle from first contact to close, and achieve sales targets • Use and contribute to specialized tech stack and Rev-Ops tools • Participate in intensive training, enablement, and continuous improvement with team • Collaborate with SDRs and sales leadership to refine messaging and strategy

Job Requirements

  • US Based
  • Reliable internet and stable WFH environment
  • Available to work 45+ hours a week M-F
  • Experience selling into Home Service business a plus
  • Experience selling Marketing, Recruiting, or Software a plus
  • Must be computer savvy
  • Comfortable making cold calls from early morning to late evening
  • Extremely competitive and driven; cannot be satisfied with average
  • Designated place with great internet to work
