Job Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 2+ years at Staff-level or equivalent
- 8+ years of deep backend experience with Node.js or similar runtimes
- 5+ years full-stack development experience with Node.js and React
- Expertise in GraphQL, REST APIs, and microservices architectures
- Deep experience with Apollo Server/Client, GraphQL ORMs, and PostgreSQL
- Skilled in modern UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI)
- Familiar with Docker, AWS, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Proven ability to lead technical design and delivery at scale
- Strong knowledge of system design, distributed systems, and database modeling
- Experience with agile methodologies and git version control
- Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
- Able to navigate ambiguity and break down complex problems
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Degree in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with incident response or cybersecurity is a plus
- CodeSandbox, GitHub, or other project samples encouraged
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
