• Deliver TwelveLabs’ video-language models (Pegasus and Marengo) and the indexing and agentic platform into highly protected GovCloud or fully air-gapped deployments. • Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs (OpenAPI-compliant) powering features such as indexing, search and video analysis, integrating with model inference pipelines. • Architect and optimize high-throughput, service-oriented backend systems for enterprise-grade SaaS to ensure low latency, high availability, and scalability. • Design and develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using modern frameworks (React, Next.js), ensuring seamless integration with backend services. • Build for constrained networks & hardware, rigorous supply-chain practices, and high-reliability operations. • Partner with Machine Learning engineers, Infrastructure Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring smooth integration between backend systems, AI pipelines, and user interfaces. • Drive adherence to coding standards, best practices, and optimization techniques across the stack, delivering high-quality, reliable, and maintainable systems. • Ensure designs meet security and compliance requirements (FedRAMP and DoD SRG Impact Levels).
