Job Description

• Develop, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms • Manage monthly budgets of $20k-$50k+ and ensure efficient spend allocation to maximize ROI • Collaborate with content creators to design content strategies that amplify paid campaigns • Design strategies and manage automations using Zapier and Make.com to streamline workflows in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Mailchimp • Oversee automated communications with customers and leads to drive engagement and conversions • Conduct keyword research, identify high-performing keywords, and manage audiences aligned with Ideal Customer Profile • Partner with internal teams to test and refine ad copy, landing pages, CTAs, and email templates • Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, leverage Google Analytics and pixels, and present actionable recommendations to leadership • Align paid efforts with other marketing channels including retargeting, email, and social media campaigns to drive acquisition

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years in performance marketing with a focus on paid search, marketing automation, and campaign management
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of $20k-$50k+
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms: Zapier, Make.com, HubSpot, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel (GHL)
  • Understanding of modern tools such as Clay.io and other AI marketing strategies and tools
  • Proven ability to develop, optimize, and scale campaigns across platforms
  • Skills in keyword research, audience identification, and search optimization
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, pixels, attribution/source tracking)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for coordinating with content creators and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic mindset with experience driving customer acquisition in competitive U.S. markets
  • Customer-centric/consumer-first mindset
