Job Description

• Handle first-level employee relations cases, workplace investigations, performance plans, and general inquiries under supervision, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and care • Own and enhance our performance management program, including execution, tracking, and process improvement • Manage and create internal knowledge base content in our internal wiki, Confluence • Partner with People Operations to analyze employee survey data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights • Assist People Operations to provide a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience while following established processes • Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition on various initiatives and administrative tasks • Work with Compliance to maintain and update policies and documentation • Provide support during organizational changes, helping ensure smooth transitions • Assist with additional projects and initiatives as needed

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in HR/People Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience with HR systems and tools (Culture Amp and Paylocity preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working remotely and/or distributed (multi-state) [preferred]
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights [preferred]
  • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices [preferred]
  • Experience working in startup environments [preferred]
  • Required software: GSuite, Slack, HRIS, engagement and performance management platforms
  • Preferred software: Culture Amp, Paylocity
  • Must be eligible to be employed in the U.S. and must reside & work in the continental U.S.
