Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and 14 years of relevant experience (or Master's degree and 12 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- at least 8 years in UX, product design, service design, or digital experience strategy
- demonstrated fluency and comfort incorporating generative and agentic AI into strategy development and implementation
- experience working across a breadth of clients (non-profit, technology services, professional services and consulting, start-up)
