• Lead and manage a team of disposition agents to ensure efficient and effective sales of client properties • Conduct daily meetings with the team to review progress and set goals • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business • Manage the entire disposition process, including property valuation, marketing, negotiation, and closing • Work with legal and financial teams to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time • Conduct weekly meetings with Operations to review progress and set goals • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and maximize profits • Provide regular reports to upper management on the status of ongoing projects • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
