Job Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform components, including shared services, APIs, and foundational user & admin experiences. • Partner closely with senior Product and Engineering leadership to align platform investments with company goals and AI-powered platform vision. • Serve as key partner to application-focused Product and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize shared services that create leverage and reduce time-to-market. • Deeply understand enterprise customer needs and translate requirements into technical specifications and prioritized roadmap for enterprise-grade platform capabilities. • Guide the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to launch, working closely with Engineering and Design to build long-term solutions. • Act as primary champion for the platform, building internal buy-in, assisting Enterprise sales in customer deals, and enabling strategic partners to leverage platform capabilities.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to platform, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS API product(s).
Proven track record of owning and launching core platform capabilities that enable other teams and drive product innovation.
Strong technical fluency with hands-on experience in software development or systems architecture.
Ability to dive into technical details of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data models.
Experience building products that scale to the largest and most demanding enterprise customers.
Strategic mindset for defining and prioritizing a platform roadmap aligning with company goals.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to partner with engineering, design, and senior leadership.
