Job Description
Lead the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for our Membership platform - driving both innovative feature development and optimization of existing experiences to maximize business outcomes.
Translate high-level business objectives into comprehensive technical requirements, partnering closely with engineering and design to ensure feasible and scalable solutions
Drive prioritization decisions using advanced analytics, business impact modeling, user research, and technical feasibility assessments across multiple product areas.
Leverage customer feedback, behavioral analytics, and market research to inform strategic product decisions, establish success metrics, and lead rapid experimentation cycles.
Align stakeholders across engineering, design, operations, leadership, and external partners to ensure successful product delivery and adoption
Lead strategic product expansion, spearhead innovative product development, and craft exceptional user experiences that drive engagement and retention for the community of cybersecurity professionals.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally with a technical background (software development, engineering, or computer science degree).
- Demonstrated success managing complex SaaS platforms, subscription products, or membership models with a proven track record of driving revenue and user engagement.
- Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies - including advanced backlog management, release planning, cross-team coordination, and delivering large-scale features.
- Expert ability to write comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical specifications (Gherkin/BDD experience strongly preferred).
- Advanced proficiency with product management and analytics tools including JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation design, and statistical analysis for product optimization.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders, influencing with authority, and driving consensus across diverse teams.
- Strategic thinking capabilities with experience in market analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term product planning.
- Startup mindset with proven adaptability, collaborative leadership style, and deep customer empathy combined with data-driven decision making.
