• Receive and follow up with leads provided by the agency; present quotes and close sales • Assist new and existing customers with insurance product information (auto, home, personal lines, etc.) • Process policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and renewals • Maintain accurate records using our CRM and carrier systems • Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities with existing clients • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and digital communications • Ensure all activities comply with Florida insurance regulations and carrier requirements
