• Contribute to overall strategy of cross-org security initiatives and shape technical design • Drive decision making and ensure seamless execution through all program phases, from planning to delivery • Deliver solutions that protect users and serve the business • Act as the voice of the user in security designs, gather direct feedback, identify security challenges and incorporate them into planning • Shape technical design, predict technical roadblocks by collaborating with engineers, and identify trade-offs between usability and security • Leverage data to drive strategic decisions and prioritization at the leadership level • Create widely circulated plans to drive consistency, clarity and build alignment across teams • Influence peers/stakeholders and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity • Operationalize key cross-functional security initiatives and programs that require security domain, systems and engineering level knowledge • Define and report on program health, success metrics and active progress • Develop, implement, and iterate on program management procedures, frameworks, and metrics to achieve goals with defined success criteria • Elevate the execution muscle of engineering teams and train them to be better at delivery
