Job Description

• Craft and drive Paid Media strategy through an integrated approach to Search and Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, and more • Consult with clients to learn their needs and business objectives and leverage data to grow their business via measurable recommendations and results • Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted business partner • Work closely with Team Leads to foster collaboration and serve as a mentor to Associates on accounts • Oversee day-to-day campaign strategy & management, ensuring analyses and recommendations are rooted in paid and organic data • Support keyword research, ad copy creation, landing page recommendations, and performance analysis • Prepare and lead client presentations demonstrating impact and value on client bottom line • Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies and share learnings across the team

Job Requirements

  • Managed Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest
  • Experience with social management platforms (Sprout, Sprinklr, Marin, and/or Kenshoo)
  • Comfortable with cross-channel management, specifically Paid Search
  • Strong data literacy and experience leveraging Big Data for recommendations
  • Experience driving integrated strategies and measuring traffic, conversions, revenue
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and Data Visualization tools
  • Hands-on experience running paid campaigns and advanced problem solving
  • Familiarity with AI/ML in search and paid media; ability to leverage AI tools
  • Experience preparing and leading client presentations
  • Mentoring and team collaboration experience; ability to support associates
  • Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus
  • Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours

  • $80,000-$100,000/annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience.
