Job Description

• Lead engineering teams developing product experiences for Wellness, Hypertension, Emergency Discharge, and Transition of Care. • Drive the AI-powered transformation of critical worklists. • Dig deep with engineers to coach and mentor on technical design when necessary. • Deliver high business impact on projects with increasing dependencies and ambiguity. • Lead a team of managers and individual contributors to develop technology that improves patient health and reduces hospitalizations. • Build a high-performing team by hiring and nurturing engineering talent. • Provide strong technical leadership: drive technical solutioning and build roadmaps. • Set aggressive, clear goals and remove roadblocks for the team. • Collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders across Aledade to achieve business outcomes. • Work closely with engineering leaders to drive engineering excellence in processes and systems.

Job Requirements

BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field required.
10+ years of production-level experience as an engineer and technical lead building highly scalable and reliable software.
5+ years of managerial experience building and leading technical engineering teams.
Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching world-class engineers including performance management.
Experience taking ownership of technology decisions while delegating and empowering team members.
Experience communicating analysis and establishing confidence among non-technical audiences.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; experience influencing and aligning multiple stakeholders.
Proven technical leadership guiding teams and architects to build scalable platforms.
Hands-on full-stack development experience, particularly with Python, JavaScript, AWS, and DevOps practices.
Cross-functional collaboration experience with leadership and operational departments.
Background in scaling software solutions in fast-paced environments, preferably in software or healthcare tech industries.
Ability to manage performance and professional growth of seasoned engineers.
Physical: sitting for prolonged periods; extensive computer and keyboard use; occasional walking and lifting may be required.
