Job Description

• Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live support • Understand each client’s business model and configure Cryptio to fit their workflows • Map fund flows and align the platform with client reporting and finance stack • Drive adoption by training clients and making them autonomous by the end of implementation • Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmap and improve implementation processes • Provide post-go-live support, mentorship, and structured feedback to clients and internal teams

Job Requirements

2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services
Deep subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto concepts
Experience in client-facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise software
Understanding of financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture
Ability to communicate with technical teams and executive stakeholders
Consultative, problem-solving approach; ability to thrive in multi-stakeholder environments
