• Lead customers in discovery workshops aligning with best practices and driving solutions based on requirements • Articulate complex client and solution concepts to audiences of varying perception levels • Develop and leverage expertise in the Vault platform • Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deploy activities • Identify and monitor interdependencies between program or project work streams • Create project deliverables and standards (including process standards) • Plan and establish after-go-live activities including ongoing support and application changes • Partner with customers as part of implementation team to ensure full solution adoption • Customer-facing role with travel up to 25% as required
