• Own large and small projects for one or more of our product verticals, in partnership with product managers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to define product requirements and design solutions that meet user needs and business goals • Create functional prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts; leverage GenAI, Figma automations, and plugins to explore divergent design directions • Leverage user research, usability testing, and data to inform design decisions and validate assumptions • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms • Continuously apply modern practices (for AI tools, automation, motion, performance, fintech UX patterns) and share learnings with the team • Elevate the product brand: raise the visual bar, establish a consistent design language, and partner with Lifecycle Marketing so product UI reflects Credible’s voice and mission
