Job Description
• Lead the execution of large-scale, multi-phase EPC projects with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource allocation.
• Be the primary interface with the customer, ensuring agreement on contract terms, scope, and execution strategy.
• Coordinate across multiple Westinghouse P&Ls and functional groups to ensure seamless delivery.
• Oversee subcontracted work scopes.
• Manage Westinghouse scopes including engineering, procurement, field implementation, nuclear welding, and project controls.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, regulatory standards, and quality expectations.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Provide executive-level reporting and updates to both Westinghouse and customer leadership.
• Mentor supporting PMs and project controls staff as the group scales.
• Travel and spend extended periods at customer sites during critical phases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management preferred.
- PMP certification required.
- 10+ years of experience in EPC project management, with exposure to the nuclear industry.
- Track record managing complex, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with outage services and nuclear plant operations.
- Proficient in project management tools (Primavera P6, SAP, ARM) and EVM methodologies.
