Job Description
• Provide scientific context, judgment, and support for clinical and research work
• Partner with Chief Scientific Officer, Clinical Scientists, Data Scientists, TPMs, and ML engineers
• Support junior researchers and take ownership of complex workstreams
• Enable Clinical Scientists and Research Scientists to work independently
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applied clinical research, behavioral science, or human-centered AI contexts
- Experienced translating clinical theory and judgment into practical research, evaluation, or data workflows
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners (e.g., data science, engineering, product, or program management) and navigating differing priorities
- Strong independent judgment and ability to move work forward without detailed instructions
- Enjoy supporting and mentoring junior researchers
