Job Requirements

Leveraging a background in education, psychology, or law enforcement to accurately distinguish between typical student behavior and high-stakes crisis indicators
Past crisis intervention or counseling experience to execute immediate, high-pressure communication protocols during extreme-risk incidents
Maintaining high-level concentration to manage a continuous real-time queue
Regularly interpreting social media trends and pop culture slang for context
Bilingual proficiency for conducting real-time safety interventions
