• Site leadership role responsible for hydro turbine and generator disassembly, field machining reassembly, alignment, and commissioning of the units. • Responsible for managing assigned projects within budgeted cost and schedule requirements. • Liaison between customers and the American Hydro Project Manager and Project Engineer. • Supervises assigned Field Service Technicians and Foreman and associated craft labor at a multi-shift union or non-union hydro project. • Manages major subcontractors at site: Labor, Machining, Coatings, etc. • Maintains and submits project documentation per the contract requirements. • Coordinates Field Service shipping, activities, and schedules to meet Field Service and shop requirements. • Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements as it relates to these tasks.
