• Support the software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through the assessment and review of new features • Manage customer projects by ensuring that we are meeting the scope as outlined by customers, and ensure all escalations are managed to benefit customer success • Support customers in the adoption of new features through conducting workshops and own design, prototype, configuration, and solutions • Lead solutioning with configuration and manage the configuration of all solutions • Ensure customer success at all stages of the implementation and beyond • Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices
