• Provide technical oversight and guidance for the development of complex solutions to ensure cohesive operations • Maintain expert-level understanding of enterprise-level architecture • Liaise with business analysts and technical team to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet business needs and comply with enterprise and platform level architecture and standards • Implement modern AI-based tools and integrate systems • Define architecture design and ensure initiatives are appropriately aligned • Work with business analysts and scrum master to create implementation plans for new features • Work with team members to breakup stories into tasks and assist in completion of tasks in timely fashion • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments • Delegate tasks and ensuring all daily, sprint and release goals are achieved • Identifies risks, opportunities, compliance issues or other architectural concerns • Provide expert advice and technical direction in Agile ceremonies • Develop product teams technical skills through mentoring, coaching, and peer reviews • Oversee the development pipeline and assist with update set promotions such that there is a consistent and reliable process for moving work into production
