Job Description

• Lead discovery sessions with clients on their technical requirements and business processes relating to the management of their financial instrument’s portfolio, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investments • Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation • Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goal • Act as an SME for financial instruments and risk, and train both clients and internal parties on the module and on market best practice • Participate in building and implementation of the solution • Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation • Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget • Ensure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered • Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments • Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels

Job Requirements

Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech
Proven track record in project management and implementations – either on behalf of clients or as a business user
Thorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments and the systems that support such activities
Adept with financial math
A good team player with ability to act on own initiative
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with senior managers in client based environments
Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues
Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.
Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels
