Job Description
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current-state processes, systems, performance, and market position.
• Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, or gaps in competitiveness.
• Use data and metrics to assess both internal effectiveness and external opportunities to translate business objectives into practical, future-ready strategies that address root cause issues and unlock growth.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Build business cases to align on ROI, accountability and measurable impact.
• Ensure solutions—whether internally focused or market-facing—are embedded sustainably into operations.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, advanced analytics, and AI to improve efficiency and enhance stakeholder experience.
• Partner with IT, product, and data teams to design and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
• Develop and execute communication and change management plans to ensure stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Ensure all projects comply with regulatory standards and internal risk controls.
• Contribute to ongoing team and enterprise initiatives that extend beyond assigned projects. Other duties, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or operations leadership.
- Strong understanding of the health insurance industry, either internal operations (plan administration, compliance, distribution) or market-facing functions (product development, pricing, network strategy, member/provider experience).
- Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong data analysis, process mapping, and operational design capabilities.
- Experience with enabling technologies—including automation, analytics, and AI.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
